SHIPPING
MAIKAI SHIPS PACKAGES MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.  SINCE WE ARE A SMALL COMPANY IT MAY TAKE 1 TO 3 DAYS TO FILL YOUR ORDER AND SHIP.

RECEIVING NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED AND RECEIVING A TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOUR ORDER HAS LEFT OUR BUILDING.  THIS IS BECAUSE OUR FIRST STEP IN SHIPPING IS TO CREATE THE SHIPPING DOCUMENT WHICH THEN TRIGGERS A NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPING.  ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SCANNED BY USPS, THEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY SHIPPED.

ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED USING USPS AND IF A TRACKING NUMBER IS GENERATED IT WILL BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON REJECTED PACKAGES. 

ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATED AND MAIKAI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR "LATE" DELIVERY OF ANY ORDER; AGAIN... WE ARE SMALL AND WILL ALWAYS DO THE BEST WE CAN.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO NEARLY ANYWHERE USPS HAS PARTNERSHIPS. RATES ARE CALCULATED ON THE SITE AT TIME OF CHECKOUT. MAIKAI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES INCURRED FROM IMPORTING GOODS.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED FOR MOST ITEMS IN NEW/PERFECT/UNOPENED/UNUSED CONDITION IF RETURNED TO MAIKAI WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND. ITEMS SOLD AT A LESS THAN LISTED RETAIL PRICE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. 

IF ALL CONDITIONS ARE MET, THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT; IF NOT, ITEMS WILL BE HELD UNTIL RETURN SHIPPING IS PAID BY CUSTOMER.

 

RETURN SHIPPING
TO RETURN GOODS, PLEASE EMAIL ORDERS@MAIKAICOFFEE.COM FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

CUSTOMERS WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. MAIKAI WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR COMPENSATION OF RETURN PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT WITHOUT PROOF OF DELIVERY TO THE MAIKAI RETURNS OFFICE. 

 

RESTOCKING FEE  
YOUR RETURN MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE, APPLIED AT OUR DISCRETION, OF UP TO 20% OF THE COST OF THE GOODS BEING RETURNED. WHEN REQUIRED THIS IS NECESSARY TO COVER CREDIT CARD-TRANSACTION FEES AND OTHER COSTS INCURRED DURING PROCESSING.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS  
IF WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE MAIKAI DISCOUNTS AN ITEM FROM REGULAR RETAIL PRICE, WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS. SPECIAL PROMOTIONS ARE EXEMPT FROM PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. EMAIL US AT ORDERS@MAIKAICOFFEE.COM. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ITEMS THAT RECEIVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT.
