This is 100% Kona Coffee from the coffee growing belt of Kona, Hawaii.
The Kona coffee growing region is located on the southwestern side of the Hawaii Island along the lower slopes of Mauna Loa and Hualalai. Only coffees grown in this region may be called Kona coffee, and is adjacent to the Ka'u growing region. The coffee farms are at elevations ranging from 150 to 1,000 meters, and the region is only about one to 2 to 3 kilometers wide but stretches for about 50 kilometers in length.
Kona coffee is known for its very delicate body and complexity in aroma and taste. Our Kona is medium-light roasted, resulting in a brilliant cup with classically balanced brightness and notes that are spicy, buttery, and chocolatey. This Kona coffee is intensely aromatic and provides an incredibly satisfying finish.
